• Google Play Services
• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics

These services help us improve app performance, analytics, and stability.

For Clubs offering Paid Classes, Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required in accordance with applicable financial regulations and payment gateway compliance requirements.

• KYC is required only for Clubs collecting payments.
• If KYC has already been completed, it will not be required again.
• No KYC is required for unpaid classes.

KYC verification is conducted as per payment gateway compliance requirements. EquiEbook does not independently process or store sensitive KYC documentation unless required by law.

Currently, EquiEbook does not offer refunds for payments made toward event registrations. All payments made for Paid Classes are considered final. Any exceptions are subject to the discretion of the respective Club and their applicable policies.

Whenever you use our Service, in case of an error, we collect Log Data through third-party tools. This may include:

• IP address
• Device name
• Operating system version
• App configuration
• Time and date of use
• Diagnostic statistics

This data helps improve performance and fix bugs.

The Android Advertising ID may be collected for analytics and service improvement purposes only. Users may reset or opt out of personalized advertising through their device settings.

This Service does not use cookies directly. However, third-party services may use cookies or similar tracking technologies for analytics and performance monitoring. Users may refuse cookies through their browser settings, though some features may not function properly.

To maintain system efficiency and security:

• Inactive accounts may be deleted after 2 years of inactivity.
• A warning email will be sent 30 days before deletion.
• Users can keep their account active by signing in.
• To delete your account, please email us at support@equiebook.com with your registered phone number.

Account deletion removes associated profile information, rider connections, following data, and notification settings.

We use commercially acceptable security measures to protect Personal Information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
