By accessing or using EquiEbook (the “App”) and the associated website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

You may need to register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or display ("User Content"), but by providing it you grant Sheeraj Codeworks Pvt. Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such content for operating, promoting, and improving the App and Site.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Do not: reverse-engineer the App; copy, modify or create derivative works; use the App to violate laws; transmit harmful code; harvest data; impersonate others; or otherwise misuse the App.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

Free trials may be offered with terms described at sign-up. Abuse of free trials may result in termination of access.

All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks on the App and Site are owned by or licensed to Sheeraj Codeworks Pvt. Ltd. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use our intellectual property.

The App may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or performance. Use third-party services at your own risk.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the App or Site you consent to such collection and use.

We aim to acknowledge and resolve general enquiries within 3–4 business days. Complex issues may require additional time.

THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHEERAJ CODEWORKS PVT. LTD. DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sheeraj Codeworks Pvt. Ltd., its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your User Content.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the App cease.

We may modify these Terms; we will post the updated Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will attempt to provide advance notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana India, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may have rights under local consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

You agree to comply with export and import laws and will not use the App in violation of those laws.

If the App is obtained via an app store, you also agree to that store’s terms. Sheeraj Codeworks Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for app store performance or policies. To the extent required by the store provider, you and Sheeraj Codeworks Pvt. Ltd. acknowledge that the store is a third-party beneficiary of certain disclaimers and limitations.

We may send notices via email to the address on file or by posting on the App or Site.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sheeraj Codeworks Pvt. Ltd. concerning the App and Site.
